M. David Kamrat
David Kamrat has been IP Gear’s Chief Executive Officer and chairman of its board of directors since he founded IP Gear in 2002. Mr. Kamrat has operated a telecom consulting business, Mind Opening Corporation, since leaving MCI, Inc., where he worked as a sales executive throughout the 1990s. Prior to working with MCI, Mr. Kamrat had a successful career in construction and land development.

Noah Kamrat
Noah Kamrat has served as IP Gear’s President, Chief Operating Officer, and one of its directors since its inception in 2002. Prior to IP Gear, Noah was the President of Synergyx Communications Group, an IP consulting and technology reseller from 1998 to 2002. Before his tenure at Synergyx, Mr. Kamrat was Director of National Accounts for Frontier Communications (Global) from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Kamrat was a sales consultant specializing in long distance and Internet services for MCI from 1994 to 1997.
Ian Richardson
Ian Richardson joined IP Gear as Corporate Counsel in 2006. Mr. Richardson has acted as IP Gear’s primary corporate counsel since 2003, and has worked closely with the company and its securities counsel, Kramer Levin Naftalis and Frankel, LLP, throughout IP Gear’s recent mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining IP Gear, Mr. Richardson was a partner with the Eugene, Oregon based firm of Gleaves Swearingen Potter & Scott, LLP, and since 1997 has maintained a growing business law practice serving the corporate, tax, intellectual property and commercial law needs of information technology companies in Oregon. Mr. Richardson received a BA from UC Berkeley and JD from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College.
Duy Tran
Duy Tran is IP Gear’s Director of Carrier Services heading up the iNode division. Mr. Tran joined iNode in February of 2005, in connection with iNode’s acquisition of Microstar Telecommunications Corp. assets. Prior to joining iNode, Mr. Tran founded Ypsilon Computer Handels GmbH & Co., in 1994, as a dedicated reseller of high-powered personal computers in the German market. Duy speaks German, French and Vietnamese fluently. His business contacts in Europe and Southeast Asia are important IP Gear assets.
Shalom Amsalem
Shalom is the Managing Director of the Israel division of IP Gear. Mr. Amsalem has been working with IP Gear technology for many years. Shalom served at Better Online Systems (BOS) as VP Regional Sales since December 2004. From 2002 to 2004 he served as Director of International Sales for BOS. Prior to that served 3 years as the Corporate Technical Support manager. Mr. Amsalem graduated the ‘MAMRAM' computer school army of computers and communication and has a practical engineering degree from Beer-Sheva College.
Shehryar Wahid Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Wahid has held various executive level positions in finance and operations in the telecommunications and logistics industries.  From 1990 to 1994, he was a Financial/EDP auditor for the Financial Services Group at Ernst & Young.  From 1994 to 2000, he worked in project management in the logistics industry. Mr. Wahid worked within the TSI group of companies from 2000 to 2005.  From 2000 to 2002, he was the Financial Controller for TSI Prepaid, a national prepaid calling-card distributor.  From 2002 to 2003, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of PaySmart America, a Prepaid Point of Sale Activation company. From 2003 to 2004, Mr. Wahid was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Centrix Telecom, a long-distance carrier focused on the prepaid market. From 2005 to the present, he held the same position at Omega Enhanced Services, Inc. Mr. Wahid holds a Chartered Accountancy Designation from Canada with knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements, a B Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto, and a Business Degree from the University of Western Ontario’s Ivey School of Business (a globally ranked top 25 business school).
